As an experienced package manager for offshore wind foundations, are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? As Package Manager/ Principal / Lead Engineer/ Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead foundations for an entire OWF, driving the design and analysis of large offshore foundations.

This leadership role encompasses facets of strategic planning, and hands-on design engineering. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in package management, engineering management, and detailed design for offshore wind foundations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural engineering projects for offshore wind foundations.
  • Oversee detailed analysis and design in the offshore wind sector.
  • Foster and nurture partnerships between developers, installation contractors & suppliers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.

Essential Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Structural / Civil / Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Solid background in offshore wind engineering and structural engineering.
  • Experience with offshore wind turbine foundations (Jackets / Monopiles/ Floating).
  • Prior roles such as Owner’s Engineer, Package Manager or Engineering Manager.
  • Adept at written communication, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with primary or secondary steel structures.
  • Knowledge in geotechnical engineering.
  • Awareness of offshore installation and offshore wind turbine foundation dynamics.
  • Affiliations with certification agencies like DNV-GL, Lloyds Register, and Bureau Veritas.
