Lead the Team to design of electronic & electrical systems from concept to launch. Robotics for Tier 1 & OEMs in Automotive, Rail, Aerospace & Renewable Energy worldwide. Leading this team Requires mix of hands on electrical / electronic design engineering, good leadership and teamwork skills. NPI: Lead design of New Products delivering game changing solutions in robotics.
Role
- Lead Team of Electrical & Electronic design engineers
- Responsible for delivery & testing of entire Electrical & Electronic design program
- Develop components & systems using Systems Engineering
- Embedded Systems, PCBs, Sensors and interfacing, PLCs and control systems, Wiring & Wiring Looms, Battery Management
- R&D of new technology
- Sign off design to safety standards
- NPI for Tier 1 & OEMs
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent subject.
- Team Leadership & Management
- New Product Introduction – from concept to launch
- Systems Engineering Methodology
Desirable Experience
- Embedded Systems, PCBs, Sensors and interfacing, PLCs and control systems, Wiring & Wiring Looms, Battery Management
- High level of analytical ability and strong engineering judgement in developing solutions to engineering problems.
- Experience of design to class society rules and recognized design codes.
- Knowledge of relevant Safety standards & Certification
- Robotics
