Manage a team of E&I engineers for engineering projects.

Principal / Manager level position
NB: Please note it is essential to have offshore E&I engineering experience & have degree in E&I/ Electrical Engineering.

Role
Manage the Team of E&I engineers for major industrial projects UK & EU wide
FEED & Project engineering / consulting for all Electrical and Instrumentation work.
Will involve projects from the concept and detail of the design, through to implementation, testing and handover.
- Manage E&I Team to deliver engineering and design of technical projects.
- Manage consultancy and design assignments eg on offshore wind and other renewable projects
- Provide Leadership, mentorship & guidance to E&I team.
- Resource management and reporting.
- Support Bids & business development.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Education - Degree in Electrical Engineering or E&I or Instrumentation similar
- E&I engineering experience.
- Principal Engineer
- Experience across the whole of the front-end engineering process.
- Good project delivery skills, with a proactive approach to leading and communicating on projects
- experience of managing engineering design teams for offshore works.
- Team Lead / Principal / Manager
- knowledge of project controls, estimating, scheduling, tendering, planning
Advantage:
Ideally chartered
Background: Offshore Wind, Marine, Hydrogen, Decarbonisation, O&G, Renewables.
