Transition Piece Supply Manager

Offshore Wind | Foundations Package

We are seeking an experienced Transition Piece Supply Manager to support the delivery of offshore wind foundation projects. The role will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of Transition Piece (TP) fabrication contracts, working closely with fabricators, designers, and client teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing Transition Piece, Monopile, or Jacket fabrication contracts within the offshore wind sector.
• Background gained in either a fabrication yard environment or a client-side/project delivery role.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, HSE requirements, and quality management systems.
• Ability to manage technical interfaces and stakeholder relationships across multiple parties.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Foundation (FOU) package interfaces, including WTG, IAC, and FTI.
• Experience coordinating Free Issue Equipment (FIE).
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Our client is looking for a Contract TP Tech Lead - Offshore Wind Foundations  for a Offshore Wind company. 
The role is based in UK, and has the option of remote working as Fully Remote. 
The ideal candidate should have experience in Structural Engineer with a background in TP Transition Piece.
