Based in Germany, this role requires someone who has experience in German builds and a background in MEP design of industrial projects. Need excellent client facing skills and be based full time in Germany. Large high value and high tech design for high profile global industries. Company Well-established and respected company with large scale Projects for major clients. Our client has major hubs in Germany, UK & Spain with long term contract to design, install & handover large facilities in key European cities for a major global player. We are currently fulfilling the role on behalf of the client. Role: Project Management of the Mechanical design and build for MEP of large scale industrial facilities – including HVAC, Ducting, Plumbing, Gas, Lighting Project Manager of a leading team to deliver large scale projects in Europe: Commercial/ Industrial/ Plant/ Distribution/ Data Centres. Project Manager for Design, Install & Handover to client including cost control, budgets, documentation, contracts, tenders . Role is suitable for a Project Manager with Mechanical / Construction / Design Engineering background – at either a contractor, consultancy or client. Experience in MEP construction in Germany is essential for this role. Essential Requirements • Mechanical Engineering qualification or trade or similar • Construction &/ design experience in Germany (& regulations eg VDE) • Knowledge of MEP design eg HVAC, AutoCAD • German language essential.
